but because nothing rhymes with orange
except orange.

that wouldn't rhyme with orange.
The only things that would rhyme with orange

or compound words like pseudomicro-orange.
You could try arrange,
but that's not exactly the sound of orange.
(Let's not bring up sporange.
It is a silly word not in common use like orange.)
If you have to rhyme orange,
just repeat orange.
